Stephanie Alicea is the Founder and Director of the recently approved Capital City Public Charter School. Stephanie has been a middle and high school educator since 1999, who has a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction. Her focus while teaching has been curriculum focused on the whole student and their experience. She has been the Coordinator for a thousand student plus faculty Community Service-Days, a coach, and adviser at the local middle and high schools; and life-skills educator for Lakes Region Community College and Merrimack County Diversion Center. Today he will overview a few of the unique challenges of retiring in a low interest economy and how to avoid some of the most common mistakes made when filing for social security.

Cinthia (OnTheRoad2Happiness) is a mental health advocate who believes that one can fully recover from mental illness. With over 20 years of life experience suffering with and recovering from mental illness, her recipe for recovery includes "inner child healing", meditation, exercise, medication, and balanced nutrition. She is an achieved Toastmaster Speaker with an array of best speaker awards. Today she will touch on the misconception and stigma of mental illness. She will tell bits of her story and share with us some statistics. |
