GSE Team heads to the UK in September

Paul is a New Hampshire native but spent much of his youth living in other parts of the country. He earned a bachelor's degree in Political Science from Norwich University in Vermont and is currently writing his thesis for his Master's at the University of New Hampshire.

Paul was first elected to the New Hampshire House of Representatives in 2002 at the age of 22 and was reelected in 2004, where he then served on two committees, one of which he served as clerk. After resigning to briefly work for the Boy Scouts in 2005, he was asked back to work as a Legislative Aide, and has been at the state house since.

Paul became a Freemason in 2004 and has worked his way up the officer's line to serve as Worshipful Master of his lodge for the past two years. He is also the founding Master of General Court Lodge, America's only Masonic-Legislative lodge.

A member of the Boy Scouts of America since age 9, he is an Eagle Scout and is now an active adult leader. He has been married to Adrienne since 2006.

Justin Tanger was nominated by the Rotary Club of Ludlow, VT. He is currently employed as a commercial skylight installer, a subcontractor position, which necessitates travel throughout much of the northeastern US. When not on the road, he works in painting, light construction, and logging.

Justin enjoys hiking, running, four-wheeling and other outdoor activities. His interests include music, science, travel and discovering new foods. When at home he can usually be found working in the yard or garden, or repairing and modifying an automobile in the garage.

He is an active member of his rural community, helping out at town functions and events, as well as assisting foreign visitors of the local exchange organization Volunteers For Peace whenever possible. He grew up in Mount Holly, VT and after brief residences in other areas has resettled there.

Kelli is originally from Massachusetts, but spent many childhood vacations in Vermont and New Hampshire. She earned a bachelor's degree in English from the University of Vermont, a master's degree in English from Boston College, and a master's degree in Library and Information Science from Simmons College, in Boston. Before settling in New Hampshire, she worked at the Thoreau Institute at Walden Woods, the John J. Burns Library of Rare Books and Special Collections at Boston College, and the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, NY.

Currently, Kelli is the College Archivist at Colby-Sawyer College where she preserves and organizes archival collections. She is also responsible for the creation and maintenance of the college's digital library, Haystack (http://archives.colby-sawyer.edu). Kelli lives in Sunapee, NH with her husband, Michael, and their two year old beagle, Oakley. In her spare time, she enjoys knitting, gardening, reading, and spending time with her family.

Scott is a native of New Hampshire, raised in Manchester and currently living in Candia. He is a graduate of New Hampshire Technical College with a degree in Electronics Technology. Starting in 1992, he worked for 10 years for a small company specializing in underwater photography equipment repair and sales. As the industry changed, he changed careers. He moved into telecommunications and took a job with Bell Atlantic installing equipment. In 2002, he became a central office technician and currently provides technical support and training to other central office technicians throughout the company.

Scott is a student of life with many hobbies. In 2004 he competed in solo and team events at the National High Power Rifle Championship. He also enjoys woodworking, running, hiking, volleyball and spending time with friends. Scott has an 18-year-old son, Graham, who will be starting college in California this fall.

Steve comes from a military background, his father being a career Air Force pilot. Because of that, he has traveled and lived in many different locations both abroad and in the United States. His family roots are in Utah. Steve Christensen Team Leader

Steve graduated from the University of Utah with a bachelors degree and then obtained his dental degree from Georgetown University in Washington, DC. He earned his orthodontic degree from Boston University School of Graduate Dentistry. Before entering private practice, Steve served two years as an orthodontist in the Air Force Dental Corps.

Professionally, Steve's orthodontic practice was in Concord, New Hampshire but is now retired after a 33 year career. His hobbies include general aviation flying and boating. These hobbies have afforded him some wonderful adventures such as personally flying to Alaska, the Bahamas, and Cayman Islands. With boating, Steve and his family have traveled from New England to Florida several times.

Steve joined the Rotary Club of Concord, New Hampshire in 1976. He has served as their club president and is a Paul Harris Fellow.

His wife, Noreen, and he live in Bow, New Hampshire. Their two daughters are out on their own and mom is awaiting the day when some grandchildren will come along.
